The Windmill Bistro is a casual Pacific Northwest restaurant located adjacent to the Windmill Gardens Nursery in Sumner, Washington. The Bistro offers a relaxed, reasonably priced dining experience focusing on the native cuisine from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, British Columbia and Alaska.

The Windmill Bistro is already known for exceptional hospitality and high quality service. We have created a wide range of interesting foods with such ingredients as Alaskan King Salmon, Halibut and Dungeness Crab, Oregon cheeses and wines, Idaho huckleberries, mushrooms and potatoes, Washington Mussels and Clams, and British Columbia Salmon. The Windmill also presents local craft microbrews and wines considered among the best in the world.

The Sandland residence, a charming home built at the turn of the 20th century has been modified to create a unique restaurant experience. We think you will be captivated by the distinctive setting and become a regular friend of the restaurant.
