Our chef, Bruce Patterson, recently acquired ownership of the popular Windmill Bistro and business has been thriving ever since. Chef Bruce has spent the last 26 years working in fine dining in some of the most exclusive resorts in Phoenix, with the last eleven years being at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa.
