The Host person is responsible for a friendly greeting and escorting guests to tables in the restaurant while maintaining a detail oriented, enthusiastic representation and efficient “running” of The Bistro. This includes consistent awareness of the host station, as well as activity in waiting areas, main dining room, wine lounge, and outdoor patio.
